The admission process to apply for A.V. College of Arts Science and Commerce is transparent and as per the affiliating university's norms and standards. The schedule and cut-off dates are given wide publicity through newspapers, websites, college notice boards, etc. A list of selected students with marks is displayed on the notice board and website. PG admissions are made through counselling held by the affiliating university and displayed on the TSCHE website. The PG category B seats are filled on the basis of the student's merits.

PG Courses:

• 70% of the admissions to MBA and MCA programs and 100% of admissions to PG programs are based on merit through a common entrance test conducted by the University/Telangana State Council for Higher Education.
• 30% of seats of MBA and MCA programs and an additional 20% of seats of PG programs are filled by college management as per the guidelines issued by the university/TSCHE.
