The T&P cell of JUIT plays an essential role in the guiding and training the students of the University, counselling for their successful Career. The cell maintains the vibrant, symbiotic and synergetic relationship with different industries all over India as well as globally. The students are mandatory of the T&P cell for empowering every student for becoming proficient and attaining all necessary skills, attitude and knowledge while studying in the University. Providing different industrial interfaces & making them self-made entrepreneurs for the motivation of the students for taking up the process of entrepreneurship and essential option for the growth and development of career.

The cell continuously monitors the opportunities of employment which are available in different domains and arrangement of both on-campus and off-campus interviews for many students of each and every stream. The cell has the consideration of the students with different emotional & attitudinal training of the students as essential aspects of the specific process of placement. The skills and training are imparted to the students. Moreover, the industry assures that the course content and delivery of knowledge are tuned in competencies globally and requirements conducting the special in-house training programmes with students who are industry-ready. The modules of training are for preparation and consultation with the industry veterans in a specific way of helping the students for getting transformed into professionals who are competent with analytical ability as well as the perspective that are ethical.
