FAQ

Step 1-: Student can apply for admission visit official website of GSFC University. Step 2-: Click the Admission link and open admission form. Step 3-: The student will fill up the application form and upload the passport size photograph. Step 4-: After filling the application form student click submit button.

The student should have passed 12th with min.of 55% marks from recognized university for admission in UG courses . For PG courses the student should have passed degree course from any recognized University.

1-Allotment / information letter. 2-Admission Slip. 3-School Leaving Certificate / Migration certificate / TC 4-Online Fee Receipt (Challan paid in Bank) 5-Photocopy of certificate: (S.S.C. Examination Mark Sheet, H.S.C Examination mark sheet,) 6-Caste certificate for the candidate belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC),Scheduled Tribes (ST) and 7-Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC),issued by the authority empowered by the 8-State Government. (If applicable) 9-Non Creamy Layer (NCL) Certificate of the family, issued from 1st April 2015 till date, endorsed by the Government of Gujarat. (If applicable) 10-Certificate of Physical Disability issued and duly signed by the Civil Surgeon / Component Medical 11-Authority, in case the candidate is a Physically Handicapped. (If applicable) 12-Certificate of Ex-Serviceman, duly signed by the Director, Sainik Welfare Board, Gujarat State or by the District Sainik Welfare Officer. (If applicable) 13-Address proof; ( copy of passport/ Aadhar Card/ Ration Card /Electricity bill/ Telephone bill / Panchayat certificate ) 14-Latest 4 Passport size Photograph 15-The candidate shall submit self-attested copies of the above-mentioned documents on scheduled day and date of verification at GSFC University. 16-Original documents need to be produced at the time of verification.

University provide the reservation for students according to this:- For OBC - 27% SC - 15% ST - 7.5% PWD - 3%
