TNAU Application Form 2023: TNAU will release the application process for the academic session 2023; these applications will be offered in online and offline modes. Students will have to begin the application process by carefully reading the instructions the academic or personal details provided in the form must be reliable from the applicant's end. Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) will release the application forms for the courses BSc (Hons),B-Tech, MSc, M-Tech, and MBA. The University also offers an integrated M.Phil and PhD degree program.

After the release of official notification from TNAU for the acceptance of admissions, students will be allowed to pay the fee through online net banking or by using debit/credit cards. TNAU Application Form 2023 Fee 

Tamil Nadu Agricultural University provides both kinds of merit and entrance exam-based admissions to its courses. There is an entrance exam at PG and PhD levels but not at the UG level. The application fee to apply for integrated M.Phil and PhD courses is INR 1100. The application fee for the UG and PG courses that will be paid by general candidates is INR 600 and for SC/ST candidates is INR s300.

TNAU will provide students with online as well as offline application facilities to submit their forms. Specifically, those candidates who live away from the University campus and are unable to reach it can fill out their forms online mode through the Website of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University. The hard copy of application forms can be obtained from the campus and can be submitted in offline mode.

TNAU Application Form: Eligibility Criteria

Before the students start the application process, they must read the eligibility criteria carefully to appear in the process and fill out the application form from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University. In the case of the entrance exam, a similar application format will be continued, and students will fill out the form as per instructions before appearing in the entrance exam.

TNAU UG Courses Application Form: 

BSc (Hons) and B-Tech are courses that are studied under the graduation category at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University. For these courses, the minimum aggregate score should have been secured by candidates by completing at least 10+2 or equivalent level from a known institute. For UG courses, TANU does not conduct an entrance exam but conducts the counselling.

BSc (Hons): Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree can be pursued by students who have accomplished at least 12th standard from a known institute with a score above average. For this BSc (Hons) admission, the candidates are not asked to qualify for any entrance exam at University, State, or National level. A counselling round will be there for the selected students.

TNAU PG Courses Application Form: 

MBA, MSc and M-Tech are some of the most popular study programs that are provided by TANU for interested candidates. The selection of candidates in any of these PG programs will be based on the score of candidates in their previous study of graduation level, and this must be acquired from a UGC-recognized institute. These PG admissions will be based on an entrance exam and TANU counselling.

M-Tech:  Masters of Technology is a two years long postgraduate course for which admissions will be granted to students who will have a B-Tech or BE degree in the related discipline. Students should have secured a minimum aggregate score in the last academic score in the entrance exam. For this course, TANU will organize an admission test and counselling. Students securing a good score in the GATE exam can also apply.

M.Phil+PhD Courses: The applications to the PhD courses integrated with M.Phil can be made by candidates who have accomplished a master’s degree in the relevant study field with a minimum aggregate score, and the degree should be recognized. Each candidate will be selected for this course after appearing in an Internal Entrance Exam. After that, candidates are called for a personal interview. Students having a score on any state or national-level research exam will also be preferred, and they will not be required to appear in University's Internal Entrance Exam.
