VESIT Mumbai Admission: The Vivekanand Education Society was started in 1959 by Shri Hashu Advani and ten others with the goal of providing quality education to young people. It began humbly with just 256 students and six classrooms in a small building at Chembur Camp. Over the years, it has grown into a large educational institution with 12 buildings, 28 schools and colleges, more than 2,000 staff members, and over 18,000 students every year.
