SS Memorial College, Admission: Suraj Singh Memorial College in Ranchi was started in 1972 by a group of kind and dedicated people. It began with Intermediate courses in Arts and Science, and later added Commerce at the same level. Over time, the college was approved to offer Degree-level education with Honors in all three streams: Science, Arts, and Commerce. The college is part of Ranchi University and was inaugurated by the then Chief Minister of Bihar, Sri Kedar Pandey.
