Seema Dental College, Admission: When Uttarakhand became a state, it was clear that the region, with nearly 10 million people, did not have enough dental or medical education facilities. To help fix this, the Dr. B.S. Gupta Medical Charitable Society started Seema Dental College & Hospital in Rishikesh, a place known as Devbhumi. The college was created to improve dental education and healthcare in the area.
