SECTI Siwan Admission: Siwan College of Engineering and Management was started on November 19, 2000, during a time when India was growing quickly in industry. The college was opened with the help of the people of Siwan and Dr. Mohammad Shahabuddin, who was a respected Member of Parliament at that time. The college is approved by the Bihar government, recognized by AICTE, New Delhi, and is affiliated with Aryabhatta Knowledge University (AKU) in Patna.
