SDUIM Bangalore Admission: The Sri Devaraj Urs Educational Trust was started in 1984 by Sri R.L. Jalappa. He always wanted to help society through education. He saw that many people from poor and backward areas could not go to college. Because of this, they faced problems like unemployment and poverty, which slowed down the country’s growth. Sri R.L. Jalappa believed that the best way to improve society was through good education. So, he started the Sri Devaraj Urs Educational Trust (SDUET) to help young people learn and become important for the nation’s progress. His ideas were focused on building a better future for India. The trust began offering education in both technical and non-technical fields. Over time, it opened separate campuses for a Medical College, Engineering College, Management Institutes, ITI College, Pre-University College, Residential Schools, and Hostels. The main goal of the trust was to give high-quality education at an international level. It especially wanted to help students from rural areas and those who didn’t have many educational opportunities.
