Siddharth College of Law Admission: The People’s Education Society, started on July 8, 1945, by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, runs Dr. Ambedkar College of Law. Inspired by the ideas of Lord Buddha—like kindness, fairness, and justice—the society aims to provide education, especially legal training, to poor students and communities like Buddhists, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Classes. Dr. Ambedkar believed education should build a just and equal society, so the college focuses on teaching law while promoting social democracy and equal opportunities for all.
