NMIMS Mumbai Admission: NMIMS University began in 1981 as a small institute in Mumbai to meet the growing need for business education. Started by the Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal (a group focused on helping society),it offered its first two-year management course with just 4 teachers, 3,162 books, and 40 students studying above Bhaidas Hall in Vile Parle. Over time, it grew into a famous global university while staying true to its mission of serving society.
