Saraswati Dental College, Admission: The Saraswati Group of Educational Institutes started as Saraswati Dental College in 1998 and has grown a lot since then. It was founded by Col. (Dr.) T.S. Mathur, who was born in 1942 in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. After studying dental surgery at King George's Medical College, he joined the Indian Army in 1965 and worked there for 25 years, visiting many dental centers across India. When he retired in 1990, he noticed that professional education in Uttar Pradesh was behind compared to other states like Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Maharashtra.
