RP Sharma Institute, Admission: The institute was started in 1980 by Late Prof. R. P. Sharma, the founder of Patna Educational Development Trust. He worked hard to make technical education available to everyone. Under his strong and creative leadership, the institute grew into a full engineering college, approved by AICTE, affiliated with Bihar Engineering University and SBTE Bihar, and recognized by the Science & Technology Department of the Bihar government.
