Rizvi College, Mumbai, Admission: The Rizvi Education Society was founded by Dr. Akhtar Hasan Rizvi in 1982 with the dream of creating a "mini university" offering education in many fields. The first college, Rizvi College of Arts, Science & Commerce, opened in 1985-86, and more institutes followed quickly. Today, the Rizvi Educational Empire has grown to include 22 institutes across Mumbai, Jaunpur, and Allahabad (including Kaushambi and Karari).
