RRPG College, Amethi, Admission: This college was started on August 18, 1959, by Rajarshi Rananjaya Singh from Amethi, in memory of his father and brother. He believed that education is the key to development and wanted to help poor families get access to quality education. Inspired by great leaders like Pt. Madan Mohan Malaviya, he set up schools from primary level to postgraduate college. His efforts helped bring more educated people to the Amethi region, and now students from here and nearby states like Bihar and Rajasthan come to study here. The college was first linked to Agra University and later to Gorakhpur University.
