Panihati Mahavidyalaya Admission: Panihati Mahavidyalaya is a co-educational college on Barasat Road in Kolkata (700110),near Panihati Municipality and Barrackpore Trunk Road, with easy access by bus and train. Founded in 1974, the Panihati Municipality donated one acre of land to create the college, and the then Chief Minister of West Bengal, Siddhartha Sankar Roy, laid its foundation stone on February 3 to give local students a chance to study after high school. In its early days, classes were held in temporary rooms inside a building still under construction, and students even borrowed desks and benches from nearby schools during exams. Sri Tapan Chattopadhyay was its first founder-secretary.

This college is one of the oldest colleges in North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. It offers undergraduate courses in Arts, Commerce, and Science. This college is affiliated by the West Bengal State University and accredited by the NAAC.

Admission Process For Panihati Mahavidyalaya

College provides Admission to the campus students in various fields. There is a conduct of the Entrance Examination for admission. The student must clear the written examination and other processes.  Initiation of the admission starts with the written exam. After the written examination, there is also conducted the Group Discussion. First of all, the student must have to generate the I'd and Password. Then they can log in to the registration page and fill out the application form by visiting the official site of the University. 

Eligibility Criteria for Panihati Mahavidyalaya

1. If any student wants to take the admission in the Undergraduate course then they should have to 10+2 in the relevant course or subject from any recognized University or Board. 
2. For admission in the Post Graduate Course, the student should have a graduation degree in relevant course from any recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks.
