National Institute of Ayurveda, Admission: The National Institute of Ayurveda (NIA) is a top institute under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. On 13th November 2020, which is also Ayurveda Day, it was given the status of a Deemed to be University in the De novo category by the Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi. NIA is the first Central Government-funded institute in the AYUSH field to get this status. With a legacy of over 175 years, it is known for its high standards in teaching, research, training, and patient care, helping to promote Ayurveda across the country.
