Nalini Devi Women's College, Admission: Nalini Devi Women’s College of Teacher Education, located in Bhubaneswar, was established to provide B.Ed. and M.Ed. programs exclusively for women and is named after Late Nalini Devi Routray, a noted social worker and literary figure. Initially founded on 7th November 1980 under private management, it was taken over by the Government of Odisha in 1991 and later upgraded to a College of Teacher Education in 1993. Now the only government women’s teacher education college in Odisha, it is recognized by NCTE and affiliated with Utkal University, offering 150 B.Ed. and 50 M.Ed. seats. With a strong faculty and support team, the college also contributes to educational improvement through research, outreach, and in-service training.
