College Admission: Mahila Vidyalaya, established in 1895 as "The Hindu Girls School" in Lucknow, is a historic institution that has empowered women through education for over 125 years. Starting with just nine students, it grew to become a leading college for girls in northern India. It moved to its current location in 1921 and was renamed Mahila Vidyalaya in 1922. Over the years, it introduced courses like L.T., B.Ed, B.Sc., B.Com, and self-financed programs, becoming an affiliated college of the University of Lucknow.
