These courses teach how to become better at teaching and understanding students. Manrakhan Mahto B.Ed College started in 2012 near BIT Mesra. It received a Grade-B from NAAC in 2016 and is the first college under Ranchi University to get such a rating. The college is approved by NCTE and offers B.Ed (100 seats),D.El.Ed (100 seats),and M.Ed (50 seats) courses. It has big, bright classrooms, science and language labs, a computer room, library, auditorium, and a large playground. The library has many useful books and journals to help students with their studies.
