KIP Bangalore Admission: The Kempegowda Institute of Physiotherapy, located in Bangalore, started in 1997 with permission from the Government of Karnataka and Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences to offer a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy. Initially training 25 students, it has now grown into an independent institution named after Sri Kempegowda, the founder of Bangalore, and admits 40 students annually for its BPT program and 10 for its MPT program.
