Institute of Mathematics & Application Admission: The Institute of Mathematics and Applications (IMA) was set up in 1999 by the Science and Technology Department of the Odisha Government. Its goals and purposes were officially announced in a government notice published on July 23, 1999. Over the past twenty-two years, the institute has been working hard to achieve these goals by focusing on research, teaching, and helping students develop their math skills. The IMA has done so much great work that the State Government decided to give them a 21-acre piece of land. On this land, TATA Steel Ltd. built the beautiful campus that the institute uses today.
