Industrial Design Centre Admission: The IDC School of Design (IDC SoD) at IIT Bombay offers design programs like Bachelor of Design (B.Des),Master of Design (M.Des),and Ph.D. in areas such as Industrial Design, Animation, and more. It provides a supportive environment for learning, research, and solving real-world problems, with modern facilities and English as the medium of instruction. Since 2015, it has offered a four-year B.Des program and a five-year Dual Degree (B.Des + M.Des),where the Dual Degree option is available after the third year based on performance and seat availability. Students can study at their own pace but must meet minimum academic standards, and those in the B.Des program cannot switch to other undergraduate courses at IIT Bombay.
