HVM, Raisi, Admission: Harsh Vidya Mandir (PG) College, Raisi (Haridwar),was established in 2005 through the efforts of Dr. K.P. Singh and his wife Dr. Prabhavati, to provide accessible higher education in the Raisi area, which earlier lacked a degree college. Especially aimed at improving opportunities for girl students, the college began with Science courses and expanded rapidly. Over the years, it received recognition and affiliations for various undergraduate and postgraduate programs, including B.Sc., M.Sc., B.A., M.A., B.Ed., B.Com., and M.Com., from universities like Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna University and Shridev Suman Uttarakhand University.
