Govt. College of Nursing, Alappuzha, Admission: Government College of Nursing, Alappuzha is located inside the T.D. Medical College campus. It started on 4th December 2006, and the foundation stone for its new building was laid on 21st January 2007. Dr. Sreekumary D was the first principal. The first batch of 60 B.Sc. Nursing students joined on 23rd January 2007. Each year, the college has 4 batches of B.Sc. Nursing students along with a batch of interns.
