CSI College of Education Admission: CSI College of Education, Pasumalai, started in 2006 and is managed by the CSI Diocese of Madurai-Ramnad under the leadership of Rt. Rev. Dr. M. Joseph. It has a rich history linked to American missionaries who introduced modern education in the area around 1840. The Diocese runs many institutions, including colleges, schools, and training centers, serving about 45,000 students each year. The Pasumalai college has trained over 700 graduate teachers and was recently awarded a 'B' Grade by NAAC for its quality in teacher education.
