Centre of Computer Education Admission: The Centre of Computer Education & Training was started in December 2000 by the Institute of Professional Studies at the University of Allahabad. In the beginning, it offered short computer courses like Computer Basics, Programming, Web Design, and Hardware & Networking for university students. In 2006, it received approval to run special computer courses called DOEACC 'O' Level, which are recognized by the Government of India. In 2007, the Centre also began full-time courses like MCA (Master of Computer Applications) and BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) to help students build careers in computer and IT fields.
