Badruka College PG Centre Admission: In 1950, Raja Bankatlal Badruka and Sri Pannalal Pittie came up with the idea to start a Commerce college in the Hindi language. However, Nawab Ali Yawar Jung Bahadurji, the Vice-Chancellor of Osmania University, suggested that the college be opened in English or Urdu instead, with a fund of Rs. 2.5 lakhs. Raja Bankatlal generously donated the full amount, and the college got permission to begin with classes in English. This special Commerce college was officially opened on August 2, 1950, by Sri M. K. Vellodi, who was the Chancellor of Osmania University at that time.
