Interested candidates can fill out the application form for the academic session 2025; the candidate can visit the official website and download the application form for the Undergraduate and postgraduate courses before the last date. The application form is available on the official website, and there is no Application fee for the students.

Eligibility Criteria For Violet's Admission 2025

• Candidates for admission should have cleared (+2) or equivalent Examinations in the respective subjects.
• Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination other than the Tamil Nadu Higher Secondary Examination must submit an eligibility certificate from The Registrar, “The University of Madras,” and the course of study certificate issued by the Principal of the Institution previously attended.

Violet Admission Procedure 2025

1. Application for admission to any U.G / P.G Degree Course should be made in the prescribed form to The Principal. The application form and prospectus may be obtained in person.
2. Candidates who wish to send their completed application forms by post are advised to send them through registered post with acknowledgment.
3. Incomplete application forms will not be considered. All the information provided by the candidates in the application form should be true and accurate.
4. Eligible candidates will be sent an interview card and called for an interview. The receipt of the interview card does not guarantee admission.
5. Selected candidates will be given admission cards and they should pay the fees immediately.
6. All the Original certificates of the selected candidates will be kept at the college till the completion of the course. Hence the students are advised to take sufficient Photocopies of all the certificates before submitting the originals to the college.
7. The fee once paid will not be refunded.
8. If a student wishes to leave the college at any time before the completion of the course, she/he should pay the entire fee for the whole course.
