• Applicants must provide application by the University official website.
• The eligibility criteria of PG courses is that they must have passed a Bachelor’s degree in the subject which is concerned with the minimum of 55% of marks which has the equivalence of CGPA from the well-recognized university.
• The M.Phil and Ph.D. courses, applicants should have a Master’s degree in the subject having a minimum of 55% marks.
• The program's selection is based on Viva-Voce and examination at the entry-level which is conducted by the university.
• Diploma and certificate courses are basically done based on Viva-Voce.

Canteen/Cafeteria : The mess in the Sanchi University offers a wide variety of items of food for catering to the requirements of the number of students. Special emphasis is given on the food quality as well as hygiene. The mess is serving dinner, lunch, and breakfast.

Guest House: Sanchi University of Buddhist campus guest house has 20 well-furnished rooms which are attached with bathrooms having the facility of the geyser. Every room have is provided with the DTH facility. VIP persons who are visiting the university are allocated the rooms of the guest house. Trees of mess are situated 100 meters away. The guest house has residential blocks that are 200 meters away. Guesthouse mess has an administrative block, the library having RO water which is for the purpose of drinking both hot and cold water.

Sanchi University has hostels which are separate for girls and boys have a minimum number of seats.
