Jagran Lakecity University provides complete placement support to all students. The objective of placement of Jagran Lakecity University for the creation and transfer of knowledge for the students' benefits of the society. In previous years, JLU has emerged and developed as the favorite destination for the hiring of fresh and fine quality talent. Over the last few years, JLU has emerged as the favorite destination for hiring extremely talented students. The students are engaged in contributing to the industry, in different roles.

• The fundamental practitioners are on the ground of the proficiency as well as a capability which is very much required.
• The policy-making, evaluation and implementation, and evaluation.
• The knowledge is added to the researchers in the field which is chosen.

The students' placement policy of Jagran lake city University’s training and placement cell (T&P Cell) giving application to special training and placement activities which is offered to the students by the University. All students who are interested should register with the T &P cell. For the students who are interested should register with the T&P cell for updation of their profile at the end of every semester providing detailed academic and non-academic achievements.

• The Placement Committee will consist of:
• The members of the T&P cell.
• The placement coordinator of the faculty from every school.
• The student placement coordinators from every specific course.
• The junior students for training and continuity.

1. Eligibility Criteria for Placements

• The student must secure a minimum score of 7 CGPA
• The student should have successfully completed the summer internship
• The student should not have any re-sit / ATKT
• The student should have maintained a minimum of 75% attendance

2. Pre-Placement Policy

• The students will be given counseling to the trainers for developing the career plan- for pursuing higher education for seeking employment.
• The pre-placement training is based on the credits and consideration as a specific part of the internal evaluation of the students.
• The attendance is compulsory which are required of the pre-placement activities.
• The job openings are obtained from the companies putting up a special notice board and emailing the faculty and students placement coordinator.
• This is inclusive of the profile of the company, as well as the criteria of eligibility for the application (degree, academics, cut-offs such as CGPA, records of attendance and any particular specific companies with the eligibility norms etc.)
• The recruitment of the company procedure i.e. written tests resumes submission deadlines if any and date for interviews etc. along with the specific details of the salary offered will moreover be notified to the parties which are concerned

     3. Process

• The T&P cell has no interference or objection with the off-campus applications to the organizations/ companies. However, the students are required for providing the contacts of recruiters of off-campus.
