Syllabus:

The Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board has given the below mentioned UPTET 2022 syllabus:

• First paper: This will include Learning and Pedagogy, Child Development, first language, and second language. Mathematics as well as, environmental studies are also asked. 
• Second paper: This exam will let the students choose from Mathematics/Science and Social Studies.

It is a three hours examination. Check The UPTET Cut-Off For The Year:

The exam that is being held by the Uttar Pradesh authorities, its decision regarding the cut off has been taken by the Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board on the basis of several points. It differs for the students who belong to the general category and for those who come from the categories of Scheduled caste or Scheduled tribe as well for the Other Backward Classes category. So let us have a look at the rates for all of these.

• For the general category: Here the rate goes to 60 %. This will mean that the students belonging to this category will have to score a minimum of 90 marks from the total marks of 150.
• For the other categories: Talking of the categories namely SC, OBC, ST, PwD as well as Ex – S or Ex-Serviceman, the rate is 55 %. This means that these students will have to score at least 73 marks out of a total of 150 marks to get selected for the examination.

If you successfully clear the exam, then you will be able to go for the further rounds, which will be an interview round as the first one. You will also be receiving the UPTET Eligibility Certificate. But it should be noted that there are quite many bases to select the candidate even after he or she has attained the cut-off rate. The decision is taken on the basis of how difficult the questions were that were being asked in the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test, 2022. Besides this, it will also depend upon the number of seats that will be available for the candidates when compared with the number of those who applied for the exam.

Cut Off List:

If you are looking for the cut off on the basis of the state, then the same for varied districts are mentioned below:

• For the district of Sitapur:

Ø  For Arts: For the general ones, the rate goes to 116 for the males, while 109 for the females. It is 102 for the males in the Scheduled caste or the Scheduled tribe, while it is 90 for the females in the same categories. Again, for the Other Backward Classes, the rate for males is 112 while it is 102 for the females.

Ø  For Science: For General, it is 115 for males and 107 for females. For the reserved, it goes 90 for the males. Again, for the OBCs, the rate reaches 110 for the males, while it reaches 97 for the females.

• For the district of Pratapgarh:

Ø  For Arts: 120 for males and 107 for females in the general category. It is 102 for males and 101 for females in the OBC category.

Ø  For Science: 115 is for males and 107 is for the females in the general category. For the OBCs, it is 110 for males while 95 for the females.

Here we have given details of the cut-off for the two districts, which are Sitapur and Pratapgarh. Similarly, there are varied rates of cut-off for districts like Maharajaganj, Rampur, Sambhal, Sultanpur as well as Kasganj.
