RBU Application Form 2023:  RBU will soon release the application forms for the year 2023; it provides online as well as an offline initiatives for application. The students are required to provide all the details in the application form as per the requirements; it is also mandatory that the students should not make mistakes in the provided details. Rabindra Bharati University issues the admission notification for the courses that are B. Ed, BLIS, BFA, and BA (Hons) at UG level and MLIS, MFA, MSW, and MA at PG level. The University also provides higher level courses such as M.Phil and PhD.

Some courses by the University are also offered in distance mode, such as MSW, to facilitate those students who live far from the RBU main campus. Both the annual and semester learning modes are offered for distance learning. This University provides an opportunity for students to do a diploma course in Tagore Literature after graduation. There are various methods available for students to pay the application fee, and these are net banking/ credit card/ debit cards. In order to pay the fee through these means, correct bank details must be provided by the students. RBU Application Form 2023 Fee

Rabindra Bharati University provides merit-based admissions for most of its courses; however, for some courses, it conducts an entrance exam and considers the previous score of candidates. For submitting the application form, students will pay a fee of INR 250 along with bank charges of INR 150. The application form for MA Geography will be obtained with a fee receipt of INR 200. However, for M.Phil and PhD courses, INR 300 will be the fee to submit the application form.

RBU Application Form 2023: Mode To Apply

RBU provides the facility of online as well as offline applications; the students residing away from the main campuses can visit the official Rabindra Bharati University website and submit their application forms. In order to complete the applications in offline mode, students will visit the university campus and obtain the hard copy of the form and fill it out as per the required criteria and provided instructions.

RBU Application Form: How to Apply 

The procedure to fill out the online application forms of RBU is given below. Those candidates who are willing to fill out the forms online mode will need to go through the suggestions provided below in order to correctly fill the form. 

1. Firstly and importantly, visit the official website of Rabindra Bharati University. 
2. Students will then press the apply tab.
3. After filling out the application form, click on the tab submission.
4. Once the form is filled out, the application fee will be paid.
5. If students want to have no inconvenience in future, then they must take a hard copy of the form. 

RBU Application Form: Eligibility Criteria

The minimum eligibility criteria are required to be obtained and fulfilled by the students before initiating the application process RBU. At RBU, both the merit and entrance exam-based modes of admissions are followed, but the application form will also be filled out if the candidates are applying through the entrance exam. 

RBU UG Courses Application Form: 

It is needed to complete the education of 10+2 from a recognized institute or board with a minimum possible aggregate score to become eligible for UG courses. The courses offered by RBU at the UG level are BA (Hons),B.Ed, BFA, and BLIS. For BA (Hons) in drama, the University will consider the score of a common aptitude test. 

BA (Hons.): Bachelor of Arts (Hons) is an undergraduate study program that comprises a duration of 3 years. The University offers BA (Hons) degrees in a variety of disciplines, and for each category, the score of students in the last exam must be above 45 percent. In order to apply for any UG course, the students will fill out the form without mistakes.

RBU PG Courses Application Form: 

MA, MSW, and MLIS are some of the PG degree courses offered by Rabindra Bharati University. An undergraduate degree in a related discipline must have been obtained by a known institute for all those students who want to apply for any PG courses at RBU. It is also required to have marks related to the eligibility criteria.

MA:  MA degree program is offered by RBU in full-time mode at the postgraduate level, and before filling out the application form for this course, students must have a BA or any related graduate degree from a known institute. Admission in most MA courses is merit-based, but for MA in mass communication and human rights, the University conducts a common aptitude test. 

PhD Courses: For all those students who are willing to apply for PhD courses in any discipline offered by the University, a master’s degree is required for them to obtain before applying. The marks of candidates with previous degrees must be relevant. GATE/UGC-NET/CSIR are some of the entrance exams through which the students become eligible for admission to PhD courses at Rabindra Bharati University.
