Kalyani University Application Form 2023 Fee 

Kalyani University conducts only a written exam for most of the courses, while for most courses, the written exam is followed by an interview. Those students having a valid score on any national or state exam will also be preferred. Application fees for general, SC/ST, and PWD candidates are INR 500, 250, and 200 to apply for an integrated MSc. The fee to apply for MBA is INR 400 (general),INR 200 (SC/ST),and INR 160(PwD). Similarly, the application fee for M.P.Ed and M-Tech is INR 300 (General),INR 150(SC/ST),and INR 120 (PwD).

There are two means to apply for any course at Kalyani University, and these are online and offline mode. To apply through online means, the students will fill out the form by opening the official website of Kalyani University. Kalyani University Application Form: Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria provided by the university will have to be met by each student before starting the application process and filling out the form. The admissions of students could be based on entrance exam or merit; however, in both cases, the application form will be filled out even to appear in the entrance exam.

Kalyani University UG Courses Application Form: 

For the UG course offered by Kalyani University, the students will have to obtain a qualification of 10+2 from a known board of education with relevant academic marks. Some of the courses that are offered by Kalyani University at the UG level are B.P.Ed, B.Ed, and B-Tech. The admission for these UG courses will be based on merit; however, for B-Tech, the entrance exam score will be required.

B-Tech: Bachelor of Technology covers a minimum duration of 4 years, and it is offered as an undergraduate degree program. In order to apply for this course, the candidates will have to complete at least 12th standard within the science stream with mathematics as a major subject. The marks of students in the last exam must be above the required one. Those candidates who wish to be selected for the B-Tech course will have to qualify for the entrance exam named WBJEE. After the entrance exam, students will be called for interviews. There should not be any kind of error in filling out the application form and completing the process.

Kalyani University PG Courses Application Form: 

MSc, MA, MSc, M.P.Ed, M.Ed, M-Tech, MBA, MCA, MRS, MFA, MVA, and M.Com, are some of the PG courses provided by Kalyani University. From a known and recognized institute, the candidates should have acquired a bachelor's degree in the related field with the score required as per the criteria.

MCA:  Masters of Computer Applications or MCA is a two-year duration course offered under postgraduate studies. The Joint Entrance Board West Bengal conducts a state-level examination named JECA to select students for the MCA course. Apart from the score of this entrance examination, the candidates will have to obtain a bachelor's degree, preferably BCA, from a known university.

PhD Courses: In order to apply for the PhD course, one needs to have completed a master’s degree from an institute that is recognized and within the related field. The score of candidates must be above the minimum limit for the master’s degree. The Kalyani University Research Eligibility Test (KURET) is conducted for students who wish to study any PhD course offered by Kalyani University. This KURET test is followed by a personal interview. Those students who have already appeared in the GATE/SET/SLET/NET or any other national exam will be exempted from appearing in the university-level exam.
