Indian Culinary Academy is a Vocational Education Partner of TDU University, Bangalore for BVoc Degree Courses in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management and Pastry Arts TDU University is approved by the University Grant Commission, Ministry of Human Re source Development. Government of India. The University of Trans-Disciplinary Health Sciences and Technology (TDU) sponsored by the FRLHT Trust, was legislated by the Government of Karnataka, in 2013.

The University of Trans-disciplinary Health Sciences and Technology (TDU) has been actively pursuing its vision and mission by offering various vocational education programs.

In March 2021, TDU established the Vocational Education Cell (VEC) with the objective of launching programs that lead to a Bachelor of Vocation (B.Voc.) degree, as well as diplomas and post-graduate diplomas, in multiple sectors of the economy These programs, based on the work-integrated training model Inspired by Gandhiji's Nai-Talim, were launched in October 2021.
