IK Gujral PTU Admission for the B Tech course will be done on the basis of marks of JEE. NTA has announced JEE main entrance exam date of 2024. IK Gujral University offers admissions for sessions 2024-25. The university is providing UG, PG, MPhil, and Ph.D. courses in different kinds of fields.
IK Gujral University is offering entries for its variety of courses in the academic session 2024-25. Admissions are made for BE, BE Lateral, B.Ed., B.om, BA, BSc, B.P.Ed., ME, M.Ed., MBA, MCA, and other programs. I. K. Gujral Punjab Technical University Admission will be started on the month of August to September 2024(tentetive).B. Tech admission is done on the basis of the JEE Main entrance exam 2024.
IK Gujral PTU UG Admission 2024-25
IK Gujral Punjab Technical University aims to broaden the students' understanding by providing UG level programs. BA, B.Arch, B.Tech, B.Voc, BBA, and B.Sc are some of the listed courses offered to the students. Mainly, the university has placed its focus on the fields such as engineering, communication, hospitality, commerce, and many others. As far as eligibility criteria are concerned, it slightly differs from course to course. The aspirants must have scored an aggregate of 50% marks or above from a valued board.
In addition, some courses require specific subjects to be studied as part of the 10+2 requirements. A B.Sc student must come from the science stream, a BA student is from the arts stream, and a B.Com student is from the commerce stream. The selection for all courses, with the exception of B.Tech/B.Arch depends upon the marks obtained in the previous examination. Selection to B.Tech relies on the rank secured in the JEE Main, and the NTA exam is considered for B.Arch admission.

There are several specializations available under Postgraduate programmes such as M.Tech, M.Sc, MBA, M.Pharm, MCA, M.Com, and many other courses. Such courses aim to empower the students in the field of engineering, medical science, agriculture, humanities, and commerce. Admittance to these courses depends on the eligibility criteria and the entrance exam performance depending on the program. In general, students who have completed their UG with at least 50% marks are eligible to opt for PG courses.
For M.Pharm, preference will be given to the student qualified for the GPAT entrance test. Alternatively, GATE scores will be considered for M.Tech admission.
