HPU B.Ed 2024: The Himachal Pradesh University conducts a National level entrance exam for the BEd course . The Last Date to apply for admission is July 2024. The BEd is the two years graduation level course and it also required a graduation degree. The University conducted the HPU B.Ed exam every year in June month. • To recover your USER ID and Password:- Go to Forget User Id Or Password Option and Enter your High School Mark Sheet No. and select your Course. Your User ID and Password will be displayed on the screen.
• Candidates who have successfully submitted their online admission fees can apply for hostel by clicking on the "Apply for hostel" link under "candidate activity". No additional fee will be charged to the students. Candidates need to take the final printout of the hostel application form for future reference. There is no need to submit the final printout of the hostel application form at the hostel.
• If the final printout of your online hostel application form is showing incorrect entrance marks, then you are requested to kindly login back to the online hostel portal using your User ID and password and download the final printout of your hostel application form once again.

• While making online payment for entrance test once payment is made, it is necessary to ensure the Payment Status of SUCCESS/FAILURE after Login again and GO TO PAYMENT, Select Your PAYMENT MODE and click on CONTINUE FOR PAYMENT and Check PAYMENT STATUS.

Application Form Of HPU B.Ed 2024

The procedure of Application Form:Application forms are available online at the university. The candidate needs to go to the university's official website when the application form is released. The application form for HPU B.Ed should be filled out first, but before doing so   candidates should read all instructions carefully.

Candidates must complete in certain fields on the university's website. After completing all fields on the application, the candidate must provide a scanned photograph and signature. Before submitting the application, you must attach all necessary documents. At the time of submission, the candidate must additionally pay the application cost.

The candidate can pay the HPU B.Ed application fee online mode by debit card and credit card and by net banking. If the candidate from the general category then the candidate needs to pay the Rs. 800/- and if the candidate from the reserved category then the candidate will pay the Rs. 400/-

HPU B.Ed Entrance Test-Related Information

B.Ed is a 2 year, of course, admission in the course will be only based on the merit list in the exam. Students can apply for the entrance test, which belongs from Himachal Pradesh and other states. The HPU B.Ed entrance test 2024 will be held in July 2024

HPU B.Ed Counseling

Students who qualify for B.Ed counselling can apply now through the university's website. Himachal Pradesh University will release HPU application forms between 21st and 24th March 2024, informing applicants about HPU 2024 admission. To be eligible, a student must have completed relevant subjects with a minimum of 45% to 50%. Online counselling is conducted for the HPU Bachelor of Education degree. The date for the counselling session will be announced following the announcement of the merit list.
The counselling of Arts Faculty will be held on March 22. In this, there will be counselling for those who have scored 80% or more in the UG qualifying exam. Students can go to the official website to learn more information.  

Eligibility Criteria 

• If the candidate applies for the B.Ed course than candidate needs to Bachelor's degree in, Medical, Non-Medical, Arts, Commerce and  Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Sciences, and Humanity.
• For the general category, candidates required the minimum 50% mark in UG and PG degree and for the reserved category, candidates required the minimum 45% marks in UG and PG degree. 
• The candidate who has a technical bachelor's degree like B.Tech and M.Tech then required a minimum of 55% marks for the general category and a minimum of 50% marks for the reserved category.
• The University does not have any age of upper limit for HPU B.Ed 2024. 

Exam Pattern 

• The question paper of HPU B.Ed has the objective type question and the and the candidate get the multiple-choice answer.
• The total number of questions is 100 questions.
• Each question has 1 mark.
• The duration to solve the question is 2 hours.
• The university does not have any negative markings on the wrong answer.

Prior to the one week before the entrance exam, the Himachal Pradesh University posts the admit card on its official website. University admit cards are generally published in the last week of May. During the examination, the candidate must present the admit card. Without an admit card, the candidate will not be allowed to sit for the entrance exam. Hall tickets are also known as admit cards.

Here we provide the steps to download the admit card if the candidate does not know how to do so. It is mandatory to have an admit card or hall ticket for HPU B.Ed 2024 examination. Without the admit card, no one student can enter the examination hall and can't give the examination. Students need to carry ID proof along with a valid admit card.

The Result Of HPU B.Ed 2024

The university released the result on the university's official website in June month. After the result, the Himachal Pradesh University invites the candidates for Counselling. Only those candidates, who have qualified for the entrance examination are eligible for the counseling process. In Counselling, the university allotted the colleges to the candidates. The Himachal Pradesh University has 1000 seats for admission in B.Ed course.

Counselling Process 

The university mentioned the schedule and time of the Counselling with the result declaration. After the result, this is the main process. If the candidate qualified in the examination then the candidate can apply for the Counselling process. In the Counselling process of HPU B.Ed, the university needs the original documents of the candidate along with the Counselling fee.

University accepts the Counselling fee only in demand draft. Another option is not acceptable for the Counselling fee. This fee is not refundable in any case. And the fee will pay to the Counselling center, not to the university. The candidate is required to verify some academic documents and some personal documents. These documents are-
