Application is accepted for the courses like BPA, BTD, BFA, BFD, BID, BTTM, and BHM for students who have a cultural interest in the study. The Utkal University of Culture introduces creative and art field programs for creative and innovative curriculum learning. 

Students need to complete their 10th and 12th classes from a recognized board for all of these programs. The selection for all of these bachelor programs is made through the merit scores, and there is no entrance examination available for the students.
