ICFAI University is uniquely placed to industry network, developed over the time period by ICFAI. The students profile seeking placement assistance are made available to the prospective employer. All of the students are provided guidance in career planning as they improve to higher levels programs. There are not more good placements, but some small companies reach there for selection of students in various posts, and the mostly placement selection depends on the student's obtain marks, activities, and knowledge. The maximum selection is for sales and marketing purposes. Various types of companies can offer the job for only some posts. Almost all the students were placed according to their deserving capacity. The highest salary offered is approximately fifty-three thousand and the lowest is twenty thousand. About seventy percent of the students got an internship at the university. 

The university dedicated placement cell to ensure that all successful postgraduates and graduates receive suitable placements. Over the past several years the placement cell has developed a strong placement network with blue-chip companies in the manufacturing, engineering, financial services, information technology, and other sectors. The university Maintains a constant interaction with the industry by way of internship courses conducted in industries, research projects, seminars and on and off-campus initiatives. Organizes placement meets and personality development workshops.  The University provided effective placement training, this training gives complete knowledge of how to face an interview and how to pass aptitude tests. This training gives grooming tips so that we may be well groomed on the day of the placement.
