University provides the admit card of all courses. The candidate gets the admit card in hard copy and can download the admit card from the university's official website. Admit card is proof the candidate is eligible for the exam. In the examination center, an admit card is required. Without admit card candidate is not eligible for the exam. University provides the admit card before the 10 or 5 days of the examination.

• The candidate can collect the application form from the prospectus in RS.100/- in offline mode, and in online mode, the candidate can collect the application form from the university's official website.
• candidate needs to read all instructions carefully and fill the application form clearly.
• At the form submission time candidate, the candidate needs to submit all required documents with passport size photographs.
• Required Documents:- Mark sheet of 10^th/ 12^th, Photograph, Mark sheet of Graduation, Caste certificate.
• If the candidate pays the fee in cash then the need to pay Rs.100 and also pay in demand draft of Rs. 150 in the favour of the university "Registrar".
