UPESEAT 2023 publishes its registration form on the official website. This university organized by the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies.

The entrance test conduct by (UPES). The entrance exam is taken once a year. Applicant those pass the examination they can apply for admission.

How To Fill The Application Form?

• First students have to visit the official website www.upes.ac.in.
• Open the link for "UPESEAT 2023 application form".
• After that applicant has to click on the link of "registration".
• students have to fill their form properly.
• While filling the form exam holder has to put correct information.
• Students have to fill in their name, father's name, mother's name, DOB, etc.
• After that students can select the payment mode.
• Click on the Next button.
• On the new page, students can see registration details and application form no.
• Students have to note down the registration number.
• Click on the payment mode.
• After that submit your registration amount.
• Students have to take a photocopy of the application form.

Note: Students have to pay their application while the submit the form.

The Registration Amount Of UPESEAT 2023

• An applicant has to pay by online mode such as net banking, Credit card, Debit card, etc.
• The offline payment can access by demand draft.
• The registration fee will be 1850/-

The Eligibility Criteria

• On the basis of UPESEAT, the seats will be available 80%.
• The board merit list students' seats will be 10%.
• JEE Main score seats will be 10%.

Age limit:

• The student age must be maximum 20 years.

Qualification of applicant:

• Applicant must clear 10th and 12th standard with 60%  along with these subject Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics.

Uttarakhand Board:

• Applicant must clear 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics.
• Students have to carry 80% in 12th standard.
• Applicant name should mention in the ranked list of Uttarakhand state.

JEE main merit

• Students have to complete their 12 classes with Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics subjects.
• Applicants have to carry 60% in 12 standards.

Board Merit:

• Applicant should complete their 12 with minimum 80% marks along with Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics.

Examination Pattern Of UPESEAT 2023

• A maximum of 3 hours will be allotted for a complete answer sheet.
• 200 questions will be asked in the examination.
• The exam will be conducted through both (offline and online) modes.
• There is no negative marking.
• The questions will be of objective type.
• 1 mark will be awarded for the correct answer.

How To Download The Admit Card?

• Need to visit the official website.
• Click on the link of "Admit card"
• After that blank page will be shown on your screen
• The exam holder has  to click on the page
• Fill all the details related to the result card such as registration number, roll number, password, date of birth(DOB),etc.
• After that click on the continue button.
• No mistake while filling in the registration number, roll number, date of birth.
• After that admit card  will be shown on your screen
• Exam holders can download the UPESEAT 2023 admit card.
• The exam holder has to take a photocopy of the admit card/hall ticket.

The applicant has to download their admit card before the examination date. Students must carry the admit card to the examination center with the admit card examiner will not be allowed to enter the classroom. The original document will be needed for verification. After the download, the UPESEAT 2023 admit card exam holder must check all the details that mention on the admit card. Applicant must carry 2the -3 print out the to the examination center.

How To Download The Result Of UPESEAT 2023?

• The applicant has to visit the official website.
• Click on the link "Result".
• The applicant has to enter their password and registration number and roll number.
• After that click on the submit button.
• The applicant can see their result card on the computer screen.
• The applicant has to take some printouts of the UPESEAT 2023 result card.

UPESEAT Result 

The Counseling Round

During the counseling, the applicant has to register for the counseling process. Students have to pay the counseling fees. At the time of counseling registration, the applicant has to select courses as per their preferences.

The seat will be reserved for the applicant on the basis of the rank list. After the announcement of the result, The exam authority will conduct the counseling process. The counseling process will be delivered via online mode. The counseling round will be conducted in the month of June 2023.

In the counseling process, there are 2 rounds of 1-part group discussion and 2-part personal interview. That applicant's name is shown in the merit list they will participate in the UPESEAT 2023 counseling rounds. The seat allotted will depend on the rank card in the exam.

Instructions For The Examination

• In the examination center exam holder has to carry their original documents.
• The exam holder has to report before the examination time.
• Do not bring any electrical equipment to the examination center.
• In the exam center exam holder has to bring their hall ticket.
• Do not damage the admit card keep it safely.

Preparation Tips For Study

• Students have to make a timetable for their studies.
• Exam holders can give most of the time for self-study and get a good mark in the exam.
• Take a simple paper or previous exam paper to get some idea for the UPESEAT 2023 exam.
