TS PGECET 2024

This exam is conducted only at the state level for post-graduation engineering courses. For the registration, the candidate required a minimum of 50% marks in the graduation course from a well-known university. The entrance exam is conducted at the annual mode.

The candidate will also pay the registration fee at the form filling time. If the candidate from the general category will pay the INR 1000/-and for the reserved category the candidate will pay the INR 500/- This exam is the computer-based online exam that means the university has some computer centers in which the university arrange the entrance exam at the state level. University organized the entrance exam every year in May month. Here we will provide some important dates for the exam. 

The full name of the TS PGECET entrance exam is Telangana Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test and it conducts by the Osmania University Hyderabad.

The candidate can take admission in various engineering post-graduation courses like M.Pharmacy, M.Arch, M.Tech, and ME. The candidate can take admission in any engineering college all over the Telangana state.

The university provides the preference to the GATE and GPAT qualified candidates. The GATE and GPAT qualified candidates will fill the separate application form. Firstly the university provides the seats to the GATE-qualified candidates after it allowed the GPAT qualified candidates. 

Registration fee: .1000/- ( .500/- for SC / ST / PWD candidates) per test. In case a candidate
wants to appear for more than one test, a separate registration fee has to be paid accordingly.

Important Information About The TS PGECET Entrance Exam

Eligibility Criteria TS PGECET

The university has some well-defined eligibility criteria for the registration that are the candidate should be an Indian citizen. The candidate must have the domicile of the Telangana state.

The candidate who is not an Indian citizen can also register for this exam but fulfill all terms and conditions. The general category candidates required a minimum of 50% marks in graduation and 45% marks required for the reserved categories candidates. 

Application Form

The university issued the application form on the official website that is www.osmania.ac.in. Enter the asked information into the application form. The candidates will pay the application fee with the registration form.

The mode of the fee submission is the debit/credit card, demand draft, and cash. Click on the submit button and submit the form with all required documents. General category candidates will pay the INR 800 and reserved category will pay the INR 400/-.

• First students have to visit the official website www.pgecet.tsche.ac.in
• Open the link for "Application Form".
• While filling the form exam holder has to put correct information.
• Students have to fill in their name, father's name, mother's name, DOB, etc.
• After that students can select the payment mode.
• Click on the Next button.
• After that submit your registration amount.
• Students have to take a photocopy of the application form.

Admit Card Of TS PGECET 

After the form submission, the university generates the admit card of those candidates who are registered successfully. For the admit card, the candidate will visit the official website. The admit card is also known as the hall ticket. The admit card is an important document at the examination time. The candidate will check all details on the admit card. If the candidate gets the wrong information then inform the board of the authority.

• Click on the admit card.
• Enter the registration number and check it.
• Then click on the submit button.
• A page will be open on the screen.
• Check, download it.
• After downloading take a printout of the admit card.

The Result is declared on the university's official website. University declares the result almost in August month every year.
