It is a state-level entrance exam that is conducted by the Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination (TJEE). Candidates who will qualify in the entrance exam will be able to get the admission in different programmes such as undergraduate Engineering, Agriculture, Veterinary, Fisheries, Paramedical, and other professional programmes. 

Tripura JEE 2024

The exam is conducted every year in the month of April. The candidate will have to fill out the registration form before January 2024. TJEE hall ticket will be provided in the month of March 2024 through offline mode by post.

The candidate will face this exam through offline mode. In this exam, the candidate will face 4 Types of papers Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology. Apart from these subjects Physics and Chemistry, Students according to their performance must select one subject which could be either Biology or Math.

Before Fill, the application form candidate must have read about the eligibility criteria of TJEE 2024. Candidates can fill the registration form with both modes online and offline. For those candidates who want to apply online mode.

The candidate will have to visit the official website of Tripura JEE 2024. And download the application form. It will be accepted if the candidates pay the cost of the registration form through different mediums of online payment.

The candidate must have to submit the application form before the last date of submission at the admission office. For those candidates who want to apply offline mode.

1. Over the counter - Aspirants can obtain the Application Form & Prospectus of TJEE 2024 from the office by paying the application fee.
2. In-Person - The same can be collected from different colleges in Tripura on all working days by making payment of the application fee.

By post – Aspirants can also obtain the Application Form & Prospectus by postal request from the office of Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination by sending Postal Order of INR 100 to perform in favor of Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination, (Tripura JEE 2024) payable at Agartala Head Post Office.

Note: - Candidates should note that all postal requests must be sent along with a self-addressed envelope of 30 cm x 13 cm size and a postage stamp of INR 5/- affixed to it.

How Candidate Can Fill The Application Form TJEE 2024?

The candidate needs to fill in carefully in personal details and education details such as the Name of the students' Correspondence address, Age, Guardian name and phone number, etc. And 10th class 12th class mark sheet. or other details like roll number, the board appears. Candidate needs to fill in the preferred examination center by their ranking performance.

Eligibility Criteria TJEE 2024

Education Qualification - Candidate must have passed 10+2 From Tripura board of secondary education From any board with these subject Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics/ Biology.

Those candidates can also apply who are appearing in the higher secondary examination organized by Tripura board of secondary education central board of secondary or equivalent board.

Nationality/State of Eligibility - An applicant must be an Indian Citizen and a Permanent Resident of Tripura. If they are not a resident of Tripura, then their parents must have been residing in the state of Tripura for not less than 10 years. Students who are born to All India Services Officers in Manipur- Tripura Cadre can appear for the exam without having been a resident too.

Children of the employees of the State Government posted outside Tripura. Candidates whose parents are deputed as the Central Government Officer and have served in Tripura continuously for a period of 3 years or more are also eligible to appear for the exam if they have appeared or will be appearing for Higher Secondary Examination from an Institution of Tripura. 

For candidates whose parents have been Ex-Servicemen provided that either candidate or their parents must have been staying in Tripura continuously for not less than 5 years. The time should be immediately prior to the date of application for Tripura JEE 2024. For the wards of serving Defense personnel (Army/Navy/Air Force) hailing from Tripura, the children must have resided in Tripura for not less than 5 years.

Exam Pattern TJEE 2024

TJEE exam will comprise of 4 different subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology. Candidates seeking admission to Engineering / Technological Degree Courses belong to Ground A and they will write the exam for Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Candidates seeking admission to Medical / Agricultural / Veterinary / Fishery and other such courses belong to Group-B and they will write the exam for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Candidates seeking admission to the Group C course will with the exam for all four subjects. All four subjects will have four different question papers.

Admit Card TJEE 2024

The authority will publish the admit card through offline mode. After release the admit card candidate will be received at their registered address by post. With the help of an admit card candidate will be able to get entry into the entrance exam.

The candidate will have to keep it safe for further use. Without an admit card candidates cannot be allowed to sit in the Tripura JEE 2024 entrance exam. The authority will send the admit card in the month of March 2024.

After the entrance exam, the authority will publish the scorecard. Those candidate name will be shortlisted in the merit list they will be able to attend the counseling process and can get admission in various B.Tech/B.E Programmes.

The authority will publish the scorecard through online mode. The candidate will have to visit the official website of the university and needs to submit a few details after that the result card will be displayed on the computer screen. The candidate can download the result card and take a print out copy of it for further use.

Counseling Procedure 2024 TJEE

After the announcement of the scorecard, The university will conduct the counseling process. Those candidates will be invited who will get the marks based on the cutoff or their name should be shortlisted in the Merit List. At the time of Tripura JEE 2024 counseling, the process candidate will have to bring all original documents. With the help of counseling, the process candidate will be able to get admission to the university.
