APPLICATION PROCESS

1. Interested and eligible candidates should apply through the prescribed application form available online at http://www.bitsadmission.com/ Hard copy of the application form is not required to be sent. However, candidates are advised to take a printout of the filled-in form and keep a copy with them for further reference.
2. While filling the application form online, candidates are required to give preferences to programs for which they wish to apply for. Please refer to the program-wise eligibility criteria in Annexure - 1 before filling the application form.
3. Candidates who wish to be considered for admission must as instructed in the application form enter details of all relevant information asked.
4. Candidates who wish to write the BITS HD Test are to give their preference for three-Test centers.

Note: Those who give preference for M.E. Software Systems have to appear in the BITS HD test, and GATE/GPAT score has no relevance in deciding the merit position of the candidate.

5. The completed application form along with the application fee should be submitted online by the prescribed deadline. Details of the mode of fee payment are available on the website while applying online. The application fee is non-refundable.

Admission Procedure For The MBA Course

For the MBA admission, academic session 2024 the university released the application form in March 2024. The application fee for the MBA course is Rs.2,950/-. The last month of the application form will be 14 May 2024. So the candidate needs to fill the BITS HD 2024 Exam application form before the last date on 30 June 2024.

Counseling Procedure of BITS HD 2024

Those applicants who are qualified in the entrance test are called for the counseling round. After the counseling process, the Student can allow the seat or take admission in the BITS. You need to take a valid document and course fee to affirm your seat. Admission will be provided as per your rank in the list. After document verification must get a receipt of the fee paid by you.
