Singhania University PhD Admission 2025-26: PhD is a 3 years duration course that a student can complete in a maximum of 5 years. The admission for PhD degree is done based on the entrance test or the merit list procedure; whichever is selected by the selected university. A PHD is considered the highest level of education degree awarded by any institution.

• The University Grants Commission (UGC) has stopped three universities in Rajasthan from admitting students to their PhD programs for five years.
• This decision will start from the academic year 2025-26 and will continue until 2029-30.
  A committee checked if these universities followed UGC rules for PhD programs and found problems.
  

3 Universities ban for PHD Admission are:

• OPJS University in Churu
  
• Sunrise University in Alwar
  
• Singhania University in Jhunjhunu
  

These universities cannot admit any new PhD students for the next five years (2025-26 to 2029-30).
