Online MBA Programme Launch by IGNOU

IGNOU has launched an online MBA programme. AICTE-approved IGNOU School of Management Studies will offer an online MBA (AICTE). Students can enroll in the course starting January 2022.

Online MBA program will include online live learning sessions and pre-recorded video lectures. “IGNOU will provide sessions to online students through GyanDarshan, mobile apps, social media platforms, Gyanvani, and e-mail support,” said an IGNOU statement.

The programme consists of 28 courses spread over four semesters and 116 credits. International students can also apply for online IGNOU MBA admission. It is a two years course, but students can finish in four years. On 11 January 2022, IGNOU Vice-Chancellor Nageshwar Rao launched MBA programme.

IGNOU Online MBA Eligibility Criteria

The MBA fee structure for the postgraduate online MBA course:

• Bachelor's degree with 50% marks for the general category.
• Bachelor's degree with 45% marks for SC, ST, and OBC.

Candidates from India and South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) countries must pay Rs 14,000 for semesters 1,2 and 4. The third-semester fee is Rs 16,000. The complete fee structure is at IGNOU's official website, iop.ignouonline.ac.in.
