Jadavpur University BTech counseling to be held in December

The total seat count for the BTech course at the Jadavpur University is 1,253. The university has completed the admission for most of the seats in this course, but still, the count of vacant seats in the university is 70-odd. The university has also offered the candidates to inform the university by filling out the form; they will get their Rs. 5000 back as a refund. “If we get the desired response, we expect the vacancy figure will shoot up to 150,” said a university official. 

The tentative dates for the decentralized counseling in the JU are between 14 December 2021 to 17 December 2021.

The university said they would send an email to the students so that the candidates who are intended to withdraw their admission could walk out. The last date for the candidates to walk out is 13 December 2021 so that the university administration can calculate and take admission of the required seats.
