TS PGLCET 2024 Entrance exam seat is available 580 LLM seats across 13 law colleges in Telangana. The Entrance Exam will be held by Osmania University. The TS PGLCET 2024 is organized in the month of May(Tentative).

The admission notification will be declared in the month of March(Tentative). The law common entrance test will be organized in English and Telugu.  The candidate fills the application form before the last date of submission of the application form of TS PGLCET in online mode.

The merit list of TS PGLCET will be available in the month of June(Tentative). That candidate will be shortlisted and then required to fill in their choice and college. On the day of counselling, the student should carry the necessary document for document verification. The necessary document is mentioned in the call letter for the Exam.

Eligibility Criteria Of TS PGLCET 2024

• Those who student to seek Admission in the LLM program in the LLM program should have a complete 3 year Integrated low program.
• Those who student waiting for the final term result of the qualifying exam they student are also eligible for admission by the TS PGLCET 2024.

How To Fill The Application Form 

The student will fill the application form in the month of March 2024 (tentative) in online mode. Candidates fill the application form in the given date duration after that student will not filling the form in the given duration then the student has to pay the late fee and also upload the required document. Then fill in the all necessary details Students pay the fee of the application form through Credit card, debit card.

Application Fee 

Those who student fill out the application form for TS PGLCET 2024 must know the application fee which will be incurred for the appeared in the entrance exam. The application fee will be different for the different categories of students.

If some of these students are not able to make payment till the date of submitting the form, the student gives a late fee of Rs 500, 1000, 2000, and 4000 depending on student how late the payment is.

Those who the student will appear for the TS PGLCET Entrance examination then the student should know the syllabus of the entrance exam. The student gets good marks in the entrance examination.

Section A- For the Jurisprudence

liabilities, legal sanctions persons, obligations, property,  ownership and possession, rights and duties, sources of law, School of Jurisprudence, custom precedent, and legislation.

For the Constitutional law

Amendments to the constitution,  emergency provisions, centre-state relations, judiciary and legislature, executive, directive principles of state policy, fundamental rights, and Nature of the constitution.

Section B - For the Public international law

united nations,  state jurisdiction, extradition, asylum, nationality and statelessness,  sea and outer space, air, state territory, subjects, International law, and municipal law.

Section B - For the Mercantile law

General principles of contract

For Labour law:- Trade union act 1926, industrial disputes act 1947

For the Crimes and torts:-

Indian penal code - general principles, general exceptions, joint liabilities, state liabilities of torts, consumer protection act, 1986 Torts - general principles, defence. For the IPR and other laws:-

Exam pattern of TS PGLCET 2024

• The time period will be 90 Minutes.
• 120 questions will consist and each question carries 1 mark.
• The TS PGLCET will be divided into two sections a and section b. Section a will consist of 40 Questions and section b will consist of 80 Questions.
• In the entrance exam no negative marking.
• Section a will consist total of 40 Questions
• And the Jurisprudence type question will be 20 Questions.
• And  Constitutional law type questions will be 20 Questions.
• Section b consists of a total of 80 Questions.
• Public international law type questions will be 16 and  Mercantile law - 16, Labour law - 16, Crimes and torts - 16, and IPR and other laws - 16.

Admit Card Of TS PGLCET 2024

• Student visits the official website download the admit card.
• On the day of the exam, the student must carry the admit card.
• Some of these details are as mentioned on the admit card like- Exam Center, Date of the entrance examination, time and address, student name.
• If any issue downloading the admit card then the student inmate contact to chief superintendent of the test center two days before the entrance test.

How To Download TS PGLCET Admit Card 2024:-

These steps are as given below to download the admit card-

• First of all, the student clicks on the given link.
• After that student fills in the necessary details like- Registration Number, DOB.
• After completing these steps the admit card will be shown on the computer screen.
• And then students download TS PGLCET 2024 admit card and also take a printout of it for future reference.

About The Answer Key 

The Commissioner for Entrance Examination will be declared answer key after the examination on the official website. If any student will have any query regarding the answer key then the student contact to the Commissioner for Entrance examination along with supporting documentation. The answer key will be released in the month of May 2024 (Tentative).

The authority given the help of the TS PGLCET Answer Key 2024, calculates the student score with the help of the answer key. For those candidates who will appear for the entrance exam the Answer Key 2024 is able for those students. Before the announcement of the answer key 2024, the student can take help to calculate their expected marks.

The Result Of TS PGLCET 2024

• The result will be published in the month of June 2024(Tentative). It will be held in online mode.
• After the declaration, the student can download the result

• If any issue downloading the scorecard student immediately contacts with convener’s office.

Counselling Process 

The counseling process is as given below-

The counseling process will be based on the merit list and the high score of the student. TS PGLCET 2024 University sends the call letter only to those whose students will be shortlisted in the merit list. Those who the student will be shortlisted then based on ranking shortlist student will be allotted a college. 

On the Day of the counselling, the student should be present. On the Day of the counselling, the student please bring the all necessary document because these documents will be verified by the authority University.

So please bring the all necessary document. The notion of Refunding processing fee will be Rs. 500. Those students belonging ST/SC category need to make a payment of Rs 250 as a processing fee.
