NEST 2024 examination will be organized for the integrated M.Sc program and the duration of the program is 5 Years.

Admission will be provided by the National Institute of Science Education & Research (NISER),Bhubaneshwar, and the University of Mumbai-Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences, Mumbai. The NEST is the National Level Entrance Examination.

They provide the course in these specializations Basic Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics. The conducted year of the exam is once a year.

 Important Dates 

Application Form Of NEST 2024

1. To fill the Online form, the candidate has to visit the official website http://www.niser.ac.in. complete the registration process online.
2. Registration will start from the month of January first week of 2024.
3. Last date for fill the registration form is March First week 2024.
4. The candidate has to fill in the Personal and Academic details after entering the Registration and Login process. 
5. Upload the required documents with the application form such as passport size photograph and signature.
6. Take the Printout of the Application form after submitting the application fee.

Application Fee:-

• For General and OBC - Rs. 1000/-
• For Female, SC/ST, and PWD category - Rs. 500/-
• Candidates can pay the NEST 2024 application fee through Debit/Credit card and Net Banking.

Who Can Apply?

• Candidate should have 10+2 with 60% marks in at least three subjects Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics from any recognized Board.
• Candidates who belong to the Sc/ST/PWD category must have 55% marks.
• General and OBC candidates should bear on August 1999 and the age limit for SC/ST/PWD is relaxed for 5 Years.
• Candidate has a quota if they are from J&K, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana State.
• Students who are in their Final Year are also eligible for the Examination. 2016 to 2017 students will be considered as Final year applicants.

Syllabus Of NEST 2024

Authority will be updating the Syllabus of the Exam on their official site. On the NEST syllabus include the NCERT/CBSE science syllabus of 11th and 12th class. Some questions will be select from the general ability to Comprehend qualitative and quantitative. 

About The Admit Card 

Admit card of the NEST will be updated from the month of April fourth week of 2024. Download link of NEST examination will be available till the day of Examination.

Candidates can download the NEET 2024 admit card from the online portal. The candidate must bring the admit card with the ID proof with the photo. Admit card is the most important document for the examination.

Without the admit card candidate will be not allowed in the examination hall. 

The Result Of NEST 2024

The NEST Result of the next examination will be updated only in the Online mode and candidates can download it through the visit on the official website. It will be published in the month of June the third week of 2024.

The merit list will be declared after the result of the examination.

Counseling process 

Procedure Of NEST Counselling: Authority will provide the admission on the basis of the Merit list. Counseling of the NEST 2024 examination will be organized in the Offline mode.

They also provide the Specific Date and Time of Counselling to the candidate. There is also the verification process that will be conducted at the time of the counseling process.
