IISER 2024 Exam: The Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISER) discontinued the entrance test. To get admission in 5 years of Dual Degree BS-MS Program in seven IISER Institutions in India. You have to clear the KVPY & JEE Advanced entrance Test. The exam form was released in May 2024. IISER Exam in 2024?

Indian Institute of Science and Research was conducting its own Entrance exams before 2024. Now IISER exams are closed To get admission into IISER Bachelor of Science and Master of Science courses candidates have to clear the JEE Advance & KVPY entrance test, IISER only accept admissions through this test without a merit list candidates who only clear these exams get admissions.

IISER 2024 Admission

The candidates will get admission to this University basis of securing the mark in the entrance test. You must crack the KVPY and JEE Advanced 2024 General/ST/SC/OBC Non-creamy category students. The remaining seats will be filled via State and Central Boards (SCB) based on IISER Aptitude 2024. The authority will not publish any type of cut-off marks for providing admission. The qualified student selected from KVPY and JEE Advance will only be provided admission in the IISER 2024.

IISER 2024 Application form

The student can apply for admission to IISER via SCB (State & Central Boards) streams, KVPY Stream & JEE Advanced Stream. The application form will be available in online mode for all streams. You can apply the application form online mode from the month of May 2024. It will be published on different dates for each stream. You should submit the application form before the deadline dates. The students need to fill the institution's preference out of 7 IISER in the IISER 2024 application form. The student must upload the Scanned images of the Photograph, signature, and scanned copy of the rank card/marks sheet at the time of form submission.

How to apply for admission to IISER Exam

• Students have to visit the official website.
• Click on the link which shows on the left side.
• Take the application to fill in all the details step by step.
• Attached are all the certificates of 10 and 12 marks sheets.
• upload the scanned signature and pass-size photo.
• After that click on the submit button.
• Deposit the payment by online mode.
• At last, take some photos of the receipt.

IISER Application Fee 2024:

The application fee is INR Rs.1500 (General/OBC Category) and INR Rs.750 (Reserved category) as well as Kashmiri Students. You can make a payment of the application fee through online and offline mode. Please keep in the mind that IISER 2024 application fee will be not refundable under any circumstance.

Eligibility Criteria for IISER 2024 

Nationality: Indian, PIO & OCI are eligible to apply for this application form.

KYPY Stream:

Those students who are willing to apply for this application form Must have a valid KYPY Scholarship starting from 2024-24.

JEE Advanced Stream:

Qualifying Exam: Must qualify for the JEE Advanced examination & obtain a rank within 10000 in CRL (Common Rank List).
Relaxation: The category rank will be considered for OBC-NC/ST/SC/PWD category students.

SCB Channel.

Qualifying Exam: Students must pass the 12th or equivalent exam in the science stream.

Minimum Marks: You should obtain the rank and cut-off marks of their respective board exam.

Relaxation: Those student who belongs to OBC-NC & PWD are getting 5 % of relaxation in the qualifying exam.

Cut Off Marks: The Cut off percentage mark is 55% in the 12th class for Reserved Category.

Exam Pattern

Each correct answer in the IISER Admission Test will be rewarded with three marks, and an incorrect answer will cost -0.75 marks. In contrast, the unanswered questions will stand for zero marks

IISER 2024 Admit Card

You can download the IISER 2024 admit card through Online mode. The authority will display the admit card on the official website of the IISER. The admit card for the SCB stream aptitude test will be released from the 3rd week of June 2024. The student must bring the admit card along with any valid photograph id proof.No student will be allowed to get enter the examination hall without a hall ticket.

IISER 2024 Result

The student can check the IISER result for the SCB stream through Online mode. The result will be published in the 1st week of July 2024. The student can visit the official website and entering their email id and password to log in to a web portal. The student will be shortlisted on the basis of marks obtained in the examination for the counseling process. You are also able to check their IISER 2024 Aptitude Test answer key via online mode in the last week of June 2024.
